This event is our first day of a Mother’s Day Out program to allow mothers/care-givers to drop-off a child to play at Mon Ami Play Studio under the supervision and care of Mon Ami Play Studio staff within the allotted session time.
The studio will be closed to the public during this program.
Registration for this program is limited to maximum 10 children from the ages of 6 months up to 3 yrs old.
Mon Ami Play Studio will have a minimum of 2 staff members supervising the program during this 3hr session.
Each child is required to have a bag with 2 diapers, wipes, and extra set of clothes at drop-off.
Water bottles/sippy cups are allowed. No food/snack will be administered to the children, thus is not allowed.
Each child who is climbing/walking is required to wear grip socks.
Children must be picked up before or by the end of the scheduled session or additional fees will apply. No exceptions.
No refunds will be issued for this event registration. No exceptions.

A legal guardian must complete the registration form

Make your payment for each child to reserve your spot
